Ingredients
1 tablespoon spirulina
1 tablespoon coconut oil
10 ounce hot water
sweetner fo choice
Recipe Directions
I like xylitol in it. most of the time I do not sweeten it at all. For the water I go for the touch of +4 seconds of toleration. No less. I use my magic bullet to blend. it doesn’t work out to stir. it may work to use a regular blender but may stick to sides. lucky you, you’ll just have to make more. lol

Hot Spirulina
Oh yeah, this is a wonderful spirulina drink. It did sound odd to me, but I gave it a try anyway. WOW!!!!!!! Used stevia to sweeten.

Intriguing at least. I'll just have to try it now to see what it's like... and to change it up with the hot drinks during cold months.
