<p>90% Raw Physical Therapist, Pilates instructor, GYROTONIC instructor and mom of 3 teens-been Raw in various amounts for 2 years. I feel like I’ve read it all and tried it all-80-10-10, dr. graham, etc. I’ve settled into a nice place that works for me. I love reading the science of raw so my favorite books would be Rainbow green live cuisine and Sunfood. There’s always more to read and more to learn. Ohh! Favorite uncook books: Ani’s raw Food Kitchen by Ani Phyo and Renee Underkoffler’s Living Cuisine.</p>
