Bronwyn's Thoughts

By bronwyn

This is a very filling, comforting soup and would be a lovely appetizer for Thanksgiving. It is also very quick and easy! I have been making so many soups lately because cold weather is approaching and this is definitely one of my favourites.

Hi Karuna, I usually dont peel the pumpkin, I don't really have the tools for that (ie; a sharp peeler). I cut it in half and then cut pieces of it off, then slice the skin off. I know it sounds annoying but I don't have tools to do it a different way. Use a sharp knife and watch your fingers! :)
