I’m experimenting with mint lately. This turned out pretty darn good!

Yield
1 quart, depending on how much water you add

Ingredients
1 mango, peeled, chopped
3 dates, soaked - remember to take out the pits!
1 or 2 handfuls spinach, or as much as you can cram into your blender ;o)
3 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
3 sprigs/stems of mint, leaves only
1 teaspoon himalayan crystal salt, optional
squirt agave nectar, to taste, optional
ice & water
Recipe Directions
Blend everything and drink it up. I’m trying out hemp protein powder for the first time and this is my second creation with it.

Ummm, this sounds good. I was looking at mint at the produce warehouse today and wondering what I would do with it. Next time I will buy some and give this a try. Thanks very much.
